Chia Seed Banana Pumpkin Pudding
This Pumpkin Pudding recipe is not only delicious but contains two super healthy ingredients! Most of us know that pumpkin is high in vitamins and antioxidants. This easy recipe also adds in chia seeds! Chia seeds are right up there with pumpkin on health benefits! Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients. How can you go wrong? It’s a yummy and delicious dessert that you don’t have to feel guilty about eating!
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
- 3Tbs Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 4 Tbs Chia Seeds
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except chia seeds.
- Process until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and pulse 2 times, just enough to thoroughly mix.
- Pour into bowl or individual serving dishes and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Eat and enjoy!
